Hired them to remove water from flooded basement including carpet and wall damage. They will be quoting on restoring everything so I can’t comment on that yet. But let me say it was refreshing to have professionals to work with, wonderful, customer service, great follow up and on time. Extremely responsive so far
They cleaned after my guest room flooded from a pipe clog in a condo above mine. I’m a new homeowner and was super nervous and unsure how the whole thing worked. Our plumber recommended Rs1inc due to a water leak that damaged drywall, carpet and padding in our basement. They were at our house in less than 24 hours. Paul was very thorough with his assessment and scheduling of the cleanup. He did a great job explaining the entire process at what we should expect. The cleanup crew arrived the following morning and finish their part of the work in four hours. The restoration process will begin shortly so hopefully I can update this review when everything is completed.

After a fire that completely destroyed the upper level of our house we hired RS1 Restoration .
